Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using centrallyoregon.com or visiting Centrally Oregon in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

When using Centrally Oregon's co-working space, studio, or attending workshops, you agree to:

• Treat all members, staff, and guests with respect
• Keep shared spaces clean and orderly
• Supervise children at all times
• Not bring pets into the studio
• Follow all posted studio guidelines and staff instructions

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to revoke membership access for violations of these terms.

Workshops & Classes

Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless cancelled by Centrally Oregon. If we cancel a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Spots are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Centrally Oregon and may not be reproduced without written permission. Artwork created by members during workshops remains the property of the creator.

Limitation of Liability

Centrally Oregon is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on the premises beyond what is covered by our insurance, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
